Sardinia Bass Legalize’ project starts on the july 2006 after a big period full of collaborations between King Kietu and Sensitivedub. An important position for the project’s creation is that of Dr Boost that is the vocalist of ‘Tostoine Dub System’ project together with King Kietu, from 1999 to 2005. ‘Sardinia Bass Legalize’ begins as an evolution to the ‘Tostoine’ project..then to grow as a new counsciousness for the sound trying to make a compare also with other bass culture on the other side by the sea… From 2007 to 2009 create important release how Sbl ep e Vision of my land, out for Aquietbump net label, And another important dub Uk release how wailin’ e pope with Dan I and put a faya who with a Sardinian singer Rootsman I and Boghes de Pedra with Dr Boost. In 2009 starts a new collaboration with a Senegal singer Vibesbrain wich producing a new Ep called Timeless, out in 2010 for aquietbump nel label, where the 2 pruducer King Kietu and Sensitive dub propose a new approach of composition. If in previous releases were also composed music independently, in Timeless alls tracks is composed together. ‘Sardinia Bass Legalize’ is a material instrument for the diffusion of original productions of the Crew by live sessions , web creations , net label’s productions and all thanks also to strong collaborations with the dubbers, sound system and producer in Europe…..

Il progetto Sardinia Bass Legalize nasce ufficial-mente nel luglio del 2006 dopo un lungo periodo di collaborazioni tra King Kietu (Olbia) e SensitiveDub (Cagliari), Dub Producer Sardi . Tra i fondatori della crew Dr.boost vocalist nel progetto Tostoine Dub System insieme a King Kietu dal 1999 al 2005. Sardinia Bass Legalize nasce inizialmente come evoluzione del proget-to Tostoine ma prende vita propria, maturando una nuova consapevolezza del suono che, se pur sempre radicata forte-mente alla terra sarda, ha voluto confrontarsi più apertamente anche con le culture del basso al di là del mare. Dal 2007 al 2009 maturano importanti release tra cui, Sbl ep e Vision of my land, uscite per la net label Aquietbump oltre a produzioni più legate al dub uk come wailin’ (7inch) e Pope(12 inch) con Dan I , put a faya e who (aquiet_idc) con il singer sardo Rootsman I e boghes de pedra con Dr Boost. Nel 2009 iniziano una nuova collaborazione con il cantante senegalese Vibesbrain con cui producono il nuovo EP Timeless, uscito nel 2010 sempre per la net label aquietbump,. in cui i due produttori King Kietu e Sensitive Dub propongono un nuovo approccio alla composi-zione. Se nelle release precedenti le musiche venivano composte in maniera autonoma partendo da una ispirazione, una immagine ed un nome comune, in timeless l’unione diventa completa ed ogni traccia viene composta in combo. Questo metodo segna un nuovo importante punto di partenza per la ricerca del suono sbl. Il progetto SBL è uno strumento di diffusione delle produzioni originali della crew per mezzo di Live Session, lavoro sul web, produzioni su net label e stampa di vinili, forti delle costanti collaborazioni con dubbers sound system e produttori in Europa….
