2004, Napoli; Black Era was born from Blob (digits), Dy Darshan (vocals), Alfuzz (guitas). Black Era music takes inspiration from the sound of 90 english abstract hiphop, dipping it very different flavor and using very different logical syntax in overall composition. At the end of 2005 published the first album “the point of no return”; their goal was a free digital distribution. Their skills combination with the friends “Mou_project” leaded them to the construction of the netlabel Aquietbump.com, actually, one of the most appreciated european netlabels. All the following production was in free digital download and printed and sold via the netlabel. The personal sound and the release strategy grows a dense and warm feedback from all over the world, and hundreds of reviews and live performances, also as supporters of great artists like Raiz, Ozric tenctacles and Andy Smith, or like the remix contest published by the well known german magazine “beat”.

2004, Napoli; Black Era nasce come sintesi di anni di esperimenti e discorsi, dalle teste di Blob (digits), Dy darshan (voce), Alfuzz (chitarra). Vengono dalle esperienze piu diverse dall’hip hop di Dy darshan (clan vesuvio, cosang) alla drum and bass di Blob (Nevrotype) al prog rock di Allfuzz (shiva). Alla fine del 2005 pubblicano il primo album “the point of no return”. Novembre 2006 Black era pubblica un Ep web “the tunnel” a cui segue il 29 marzo 2007 “then” il secondo album. Giudizio di pubblico e critica coincidono in un feedback positivo e costante che diversi mesi e premia Black era con dozzine di recensioni, performances, anche come supporto di artisti blasonati come Andy Smith e Ozric Tenctacles. Dopo l’uscita del secondo Ep web “third eye guerrilla”, nel settembre 2009 Beat magazine tedesco pubblica una intervista alla band insieme ad un concorso di remix relativo alla traccia “your own purple”. Nell’ottobre 2009 esce “the mute ep” anticipan-do l’annunciata release “Proud dead end Ep” nel gennaio 2010.
